This year School Farm CSA is introducing it’s first ‘tea share’. You can receive a monthly share of tea blends created from dried herbs, and weeds, grown on our beautiful School Farm site. Changing with the seasons each month’s tea share will include 2 or 3 unique blends, with enough tea for at least 30 generous cups. There will be a wide range of different herbs included in the blends, but will include from the usual mint’s, chamomile and raspberry leaf, to nettle, rose and lemon verbena, to some more unusual flavours such as Korean mint. Each month, on a Tuesday early evening, you will be invited to come for an informal tea party in the herb garden, meet the plants and experiment with your own blends.
Each share will be available to collect (along with your veg), on the last Tuesday of the month. The shares can be collected at other times, or posted for a small extra charge. The shares are £14/ month or £98 for 7 months of unique organic locally grown tea and monthly tea in the garden. In this first year there are a very limited number of shares available.
