How to get here

ON FOOT

Map showing a walking route in Totnes, England, starting at Mill Leat and ending at a location near Foxhole Copse, passing through Buckham Park Copse and Symon's Tree Wood.

BY CAR

Satellite map showing a green dotted trail path starting from the left side and leading to a red marker on the right, passing through green fields, wooded areas, and residential neighborhoods.

Reaching us by car is easy – enter the Dartington Estate through the main drive off the A384, it’s distinctive in that there is a church on the corner! Go past Schumacher College, Landworks and the cricket pitch.  At the top of the cricket pitch turn right following signs to ‘campsite parking’ and ‘Sirona Therapeutic Horsemanship’, then turn left – from there you’ll have our glasshouses in view just down the lane.

BY BUS

Aerial view of a rural area with fields, trees, roads, and buildings, showing two walking paths starting from the right side of the image, marked with green and blue dashed lines.

If you want to reach us on foot there is a wonderful walk from Totnes along the river. Starting at the train station, the walk is about 30 minutes long, mostly flat (one short but steep hill) and all on well made paths. There is also taxi rank at the train station.

There are three bus’s that serve Dartington.  The FirstGroup X80 and the StageCoach Gold both stop in the village, on the timetables it is called “Shinners Bridge”, you can follow the blue route to get to us from there.

The Country Bus 165 goes into the centre of the Dartington Estate.  The green route is a way to get to us without having to walk on the main drive, it’s very pretty, taking you through the estates garden, and then down a footpath to us.
